Conditions of Warranty

The warranty service is limited to the valid warranty period under normal use, and the non-artificial damage caused by the quality of the product itself, the following three guarantee services will be enjoyed according to the national three-guarantee regulations with the invoice and this warranty card:

1: If the failure occurs within 2 years from the date of purchase, the seller is responsible for free replacement.

2: If the failure occurs within 2 years to 3 years from the date of purchase, you can enjoy free repair service during the effective warranty period.

Any removal or shipping costs would be the responsibility of the buyer.

Exclusions from The Warranty

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY AGREEMENT：

          -The goods have no warranty certificate from the manufacturer.

          -The maintenance or replacement of any random or self-configured accessories of the commodity, as well as the parts or accessories that need to be replaced regularly (including but not limited to battery, power supply, charger, commodity body shell, data cable, etc.)

          -It is not used or operated according to the manufacturer's instructions.

          -Loss, damage or failure caused by war, terrorist act, hostile act, strike, riot, civil commotion.

          -Damage or failure caused by earthquake, flood, lightning, storm, frost or other adverse weather conditions and natural disasters.

          -Any type of nuclear risk and damage or failure caused by a nuclear accident.

          -Damage or failure caused by accidental or artificial damage, burglary, theft, fire or explosion, liquid spillage, external moisture / condensation, large area of liquid intake, immersion, erosion, damage caused by animals or insects, misuse, misuse, transportation and improper use.

          -Failure to provide true and effective repair certificate as required, which leads to the failure to verify the loss during acceptance of the full warranty service.
